A reduction of 50% is made on all rates for children under 15 years old when sharing with two adults

A booking cannot be accepted without a £25:00 deposit per person per booking. Deposits are not returnable or transferable if a booking is cancelled

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
When a reservation is made both the guest and the proprietor enter into a legally binding
contract. Cancellations made on day of arrival or no show bookings will be charged in full.
In the event of a short notice (less than 7 days) cancellation or curtailment we will endeavour
to re-let but any rooms we are unable to fill in this way will be charged at 75% of the
full rate. Alteration of a double occupancy room to a single occupancy will be charged as
one person at the quoted rate and one person at 75%of quoted rate since we are unable to
re-book a part room. No reduction for meals not taken. We strongly advise that you take
out holiday insurance.
